Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?
A: Only if you are shipping products to the states of Nevada or Missouri.
Q: Is shopping online at Trust Your Journey.com safe?
A: Yes, shipping on line with Trust Your Journey.com is 100% secure. We use SSL security, which is the best security system in the industry. All transactions are CyberSource approved for security.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, but currently only to Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Please Note International Customers are responsible for any Duties, Taxes or Refused Shipments that might apply within your respective country.
Q: How do I return a gift?
A: Gift returns are simple, and are handled in a discreet manner. Please follow the return information listed below and note on your order paperwork that the item was a gift. You may exchange for other items on our website. Package the items securely and include the packing slip received with your order if you have it. Also indicate the reason for the return and your current address and phone number. Returns are processed in the order received and may take 2-10 days to process once we receive them.
Q: Can I order online without a credit card?
A: Currently, we only accept online orders placed with a major credit card or PayPal.

Q: How do I redeem my Trust Your Journey E-Gift Card?
A: Gift e-cards are available in any denomination and can be redeemed online. The TYJ gift E-Card can be sent directly to the recipient.
Enter your gift card number # at checkout. The gift card amount will be applied toward your purchase. If your purchase exceeds the balance, you will need a credit card for the remaining amount.
Q: What about Gift Wrapping?
A: We can gift wrap the entire order but not individual items within a multiple unit order. The cost of this gift wrapping service is $9.95 for one wrapped order.
Q: How are Promo Codes used on your website?
A: Just enter all promo codes at checkout. The discount is valid on all or selected merchandise found on the Trust Your Journey® website store at trustyourjourney.com. Shipping charges are calculated after discount. Not transferable and not redeemable for cash, credit or towards previous purchases. Can be used in combination with free shipping promo codes only if available. Codes are good until end of day on noted expiration date. Void where prohibited. Additional restrictions may apply. Trust Your Journey® reserves the right to cancel or modify an offer at any time.
Q: How is Free Shipping used on your website?
A: Free shipping is valid on orders where the minimum order amount has been met after applicable discounts have been applied. Gift cards and free items are not applicable to order total. (example offer: FREE Shipping over $150. Any order amount over $150 will be charged $0.00 for shipping).
