Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to everyone at Trust Your Journey. We stand behind our products, and if you are unhappy with your purchase, you may exchange or return any item by complying with the Return Policy set forth below.

If you are not completely satisfied with your TYJ products, we will gladly exchange or refund any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. Please pack the item, complete and include the Exchange and Return form on the back of your original packing slip, and ship the item by a trackable means (UPS/FedEx) prepaid to:

Please note that TYJ will not reimburse you for any shipping or handling costs.

Credit Card refunds will be reflected on your billing statement within one billing cycle. The purchase price of the item will be credited back to your original method of payment.

If you find we have shipped the wrong item, or it has been damaged in transit, please call 1-877-548-3895, or email us at service@trustyourjourney.com  with your order number, name, address and details on the item you ordered and the item you received. We will make all reasonable steps to cure the problem in an expeditious manner.
